This classic is perfect for a busy weeknight. It works well with rice and beans as a side or with a simple salad.
Cut chicken breast into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil on skillet over medium heat.
Once oil is hot, fry chicken breast until almost fully cooked.
