Meat Burrito

 2 (12 inch) flour tortillas
 ¼ cup vegetable oil
 1 lb beef or chicken
 ½ tomato, diced
 1 avacado, chopped
 2 tbsp sour cream
 1 can pinto beans
 1 cup cooked rice
 1 cup chopped lettuce
 salt and pepper to taste

Season beef or chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat oil on skillet over medium heat.

Once oil is hot, add meat and cook until well done.

Cook beans until hot.

Cook rice until hot.

To serve: Take one warm flour tortilla and add fajita mix. Then roll tortillas and enjoy.
Serve immediately with your favorite salsa.
