
6 (6 inch) flour tortillas
½ cup onion, diced
1 lb chicken breast
2 whole tomatoes, diced
1 garlic clove, chopped
½ green pepper, sliced
½ red bell pepper, sliced
¼ cup vegetable oil

Cut chicken breast into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil on skillet over medium heat.

Once oil is hot, fry chicken breast until almost fully cooked.

Add garlic, onion, tomatoes, red and green bell peppers to skillet.

Sauté everything together until ingredients are tender and chicken is cooked through. Add salt if needed.

To serve: Take one warm flour tortilla and add fajita mix. Then roll tortillas and enjoy.
Serve immediately with your favorite salsa.
